FAQ’s

  • There are a few ways to thaw the broth or soup…

    Plan Ahead

Place the unopened soup in the fridge for a full day. You can stand it up straight in a large bowl or on a plate so that it catches the condensation.

    I Want It Later Today

Place the unopened soup in a bowl or plate (to catch condensation) on your counter for up to 4 hours or until the soup is soft to the touch

    I Need it Now

Place the unopened soup in a bowl of warm water for 15-20 minutes. (The quickest option for when we are most hungry)

  • For best results, we recommend pouring the contents into a pot on the stove and heating till the pot starts to simmer. Make sure to heat the soup all the way through.

  • Schmaltz is another word for rendered chicken fat. But don’t be scared. We skim the schmaltz from our bone broth and use it as our cooking oil for our Scratch Made Soups. This means we do not use any processed seed oils in our soups. Resulting in a healthier and more flavorful soup experience.

  • Please do not microwave the bag. It will ruin your soup and possibly your microwave.

We believe Brodino tastes best when heated in a pot on the stove. But in a pinch, you can heat it in a microwave as long as the contents are emptied into a microwave safe bowl. Cook time will differ depending on your microwave. We will let you take it from there.

  • Shipping frozen food is a complicated endeavor. Making sure your order arrives frozen is our biggest priority. In order to do this, we ship the majority of our packages on Monday’s. That way our long distance shipments can make it across the country by Friday. If your order is not received by 10pm on Sunday, your package may not ship till the following Monday. FedEx and UPS don’t always deliver over the weekend and we don’t want your package to get held up at a warehouse till Monday and spoil.

We ask that you keep track of your shipment’s progress to make sure you are home the day of the delivery, and get the soup or broth in a fridge or freezer shortly after delivery.
