We use pasture raised Bison from Colorado, Organic Serrano, Anaheim, and Green Bell Peppers along with the magical combination of fresh Mint and Cilantro. And don't forget the secret ingredient…Beer! Our friends at Docent Brewing collaborated with us on this recipe and it has been a fan favorite for years.

Brodino broth and soups are made in small batches and frozen immediately after cooling to maximize flavor and nutritional value. Store for up to 6 months in the freezer, and 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator after thawing. Heating and then refreezing not recommended.
