Our take on Japanese Curry is a celebration of all things umami. We fortify our Organic Chicken Bone Broth with Gluten-Free Soy Sauce, Kombu (seaweed), Mushroom Powder, Ginger, Garlic, and Sesame Oil. We also oven-roast Japanese Kabocha Squash till golden brown and blend it into the broth for a thick curry that can be enjoyed over rice, or eaten like a soup.

Brodino broth and soups are made in small batches and frozen immediately after cooling to maximize flavor and nutritional value. Store for up to 6 months in the freezer, and 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator after thawing. Heating and then refreezing not recommended.
